A wordsmith and journalist, Arun is known for creativity, innovation & communication strategies. He has more than 27 years of experience with the best media and corporate brands, including BBC World, Star News (NewsCorp), and Tata group.
He moved to the social sector and worked at the Centre for Responsible Business (a global think tank created by German development agency GIZ) as its Executive Director, and developed broader visibility and awareness of CSR, sustainability and related issues. He was assigned the much-coveted task of creating a coffee table book and a film for the 1st National CSR awards of India, encapsulating the award-winning CSR initiatives of corporates.
A full member of the Society of Authors UK, and a life member of the screenwriters Association (India), Arun has four published books, including one by Penguin. In addition, Arun has been a speaker and panellist at forums like the European Business Summit, CSR-Europe international Conclave, SAARC CXO summit, Digital Matters Singapore, Indus Forum (Indo-Dutch Sustainability), the International film festival of India (IFFI), Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) and many more.

A CSR strategist with nearly 30 years of experience Shreesh is a communications expert who brings deep expertise in communication psychology, intercultural communication, advertising, marketing and branding. Having a Master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University in the US and more than two decades in leadership roles, Shreesh has interacted deeply with 100s of CEOs, senior politicians and bureaucrats.
As Head of Internal Communications of one of the largest conglomerates in India, Reliance Industries, Shreesh and his team kept the vast RIL Group on the same page by creating and using various innovative communication platforms. Shreesh also highlighted the work of Reliance Foundation to all internal and external stakeholders by conceptualizing, developing and launching ‘The Change Maker’, a one-of-a-kind monthly.
Author of ‘OBS-TACKLE: 12 Pitfalls Entrepreneurs do not Learn to Tackle at Management Schools’ besides 6 international business publications Shreesh is an invited/visiting faculty to some of India’s top-notch management institutions, such as IIM-Lucknow and IIM-Rohtak.
